IT Product Manager – Digital Workplace & IP Telephony (d/f/m)

Salary: 70.000 - 100.000 € per year

Requirements:

University degree in Information Technology (Bachelors or Masters) or a comparable field of study

Several years of relevant professional experience in lifecycle and obsolescence management

Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), with a focus on Service Operations

Proven experience managing or operating IT infrastructure and IT service delivery

Experience with VoIP/Cisco technologies and ITSM service operations in a highly regulated corporate environment

International mindset and ability to work efficiently in a multinational team environment

Negotiation-level English and native-level German

Responsibilities:

Manage and plan our global IP Telephony strategy across its full lifecycle, from analysis and design through go-live and obsolescence

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, deployment, operations, continuous improvement, and decommissioning in accordance with ITIL guidelines

Steer the international support team to meet contractual Service Level Agreements and budget targets, coordinating with Service Delivery Managers

Own the CAPEX/OPEX budget and plan and monitor total costs in line with target specifications

Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers and external partners to ensure SLA compliance and budget adherence

Validate product functionality and operational readiness to support seamless service delivery and high quality

Optimize cross-functional ITIL operational processes and quality standards

Lead complex initiatives within our Digital Workplace service line

Manage external service contracts and/or licenses associated with the product

Carry out project management activities within the Digital Workplace product service line, primarily related to IP Telephony services
