IT Project Manager (all genders)

Salary: 52.000 - 91.000 € per year

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a comparable field

3-5 years of IT project management experience, with a track record of leading software development or IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure

Experience working in dynamic international environments and expertise in process optimization

Solid knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, Scrum) and tools (Jira, Confluence)

Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

Ability to analyse complex situations, identify root causes and develop practical, data driven solutions; experienced in post project evaluations and driving continuous improvement

Proficient in German and English; additional language skills considered an advantage

Responsibilities:

Planning, execution, and oversight of technology projects across our organisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Development of detailed project plans, including scope, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets

Collaboration with our Head of Infrastructure and Head of Business Applications to successfully deliver technology initiatives

Management of project communication, serving as the main point of contact for updates, issues, and progress reporting

Analysis and evaluation of projects upon completion, including process reviews and identification of areas for improvement

Creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation

Promotion of a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within our organisation
