IT-Projektmanager/in - Product & Plant Systems

Salary: 35.000 - 75.000 € per year

Requirements:

We require a university degree (Bachelors or Masters) in IT, Engineering, Business/IT, or a related field

We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in an international or complex environment

We require proven experience delivering IT projects in manufacturing or product-related systems such as PLM or CMMS

We require a strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches

We require excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT

We require a solid understanding of system integration, enterprise architecture, and data flows

We require financial awareness, including budgeting, forecasting, and benefits tracking

We require fluency in English, both written and spoken

We prefer experience in global digital transformation or ERP-related environments such as SAP S/4HANA

We prefer exposure to manufacturing or shopfloor systems and processes

We prefer experience working in cross-functional and international teams

We prefer knowledge of change management practices and user adoption strategies

Responsibilities:

We manage the full lifecycle of IT projects from initiation through hypercare and handover to operations

We ensure delivery on scope, time, budget, and quality, with clear success criteria and milestones

We lead projects across product development, quality, and plant operation domains, including PLM, CMMS, and related manufacturing or shop floor systems

We translate business requirements into executable project plans and drive standardization and harmonization across sites

We lead cross-functional teams including internal staff, competence centers, and external partners

We ensure effective stakeholder alignment across business and IT

We apply our project management methodology and ensure governance adherence, documentation completeness, and audit readiness

We provide regular status updates to steering committees and the PMO

We manage project financials, vendor performance, and benefits realization

We proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies with structured escalation

We drive user readiness, UAT, training, cutover planning, and hypercare in collaboration with business change leads
