IT Service Technician (m/f/d)

Salary: 42.000 - 82.000 € per year

Requirements:

Successfully completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable qualifications

Ideally, professional experience in IT support or a similar position

Solid knowledge of installing and maintaining IT systems

MSA, MCP, or MCSE certification is a plus

Basic knowledge of network administration and network security

Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Good written and spoken German skills (at least C1 level)

Class B drivers license

Responsibilities:

Serve as the central point of contact and coordinator for our IT infrastructure

Resolve issues through 1st and 2nd level support or, if necessary, escalate them to external partners

Procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components

Monitoring of our IT systems and proactive identification of problems

All telecommunications

Documentation and management of all IT resources (inventory)

Preparation of contracts for hardware and software and monitoring of these contracts

Planning and implementation of our IT projects, including those with our district associations
