Server Lifecycle Management mit Bestandsaufnahme und Qualitätssicherung

Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung eines ganzheitlichen Betriebskonzepts

Einphasen neuer Hardware und Ausphasen von Serverhardware, die aus dem Support gelaufen ist

Aufnahme des Dialogs mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen zur Abstimmung und Beratung hinsichtlich Anforderungen und möglicher Erweiterungen oder Umzüge

Kategorisierung der Server nach Fachbereichen und Umgebungen (Start mit Pilot- und Testumgebung, gefolgt von Produktion und kritischen Bereichen)

Bestandsaufnahme CMDB Integration, d.h. Prüfung, ob sich alle DELL-Server im OpenManage Enterprise (OME)

Durch regelmäßige Hardware-Patchdays für Firmware- und Treiberinstallation inkl. Planung und Dokumentation im ITSM/CMDB
