IT Support Specialist / IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d)

Salary: 36.000 - 61.000 € per year

Requirements:

A completed vocational training program in the IT field, such as an IT specialist for system integration, IT support technician, or a comparable qualification.

Ideally, two or more years of professional experience in IT support or a comparable field.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Windows networks, as well as experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.

Knowledge of user management, ideally with Windows Active Directory, and basic knowledge of servers, LAN/WAN, and IT infrastructure.

A proactive and structured approach to work, as well as an interest in analyzing and documenting existing and new processes, systems, and workflows.

Enjoyment of working in an international environment, as well as fluency in both spoken and written German and English.

Responsibilities:

Youll be the first point of contact for our employees regarding questions and issues related to hardware and software, providing support via phone, remote access, and on-site.

Youll install, configure, and maintain computers, smartphones, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.

Youll analyze technical issues and use your knowledge of hardware, software, business processes, and application systems to find sustainable solutions.

Youll assist with managing the local network and server infrastructure, as well as with issues related to IT security, virus protection, printing systems, network connections, and file sharing.

You will assist with the implementation, testing, and training for new software versions and IT systems.

You will work closely with your colleagues on the local and global IT teams and support the IT headquarters on national and international IT projects.
