CompTIA A+, MCP oder ein Bachelor-Abschluss in einem verwandten Bereich.

Responsibilities:

Bereitstellung von First- und Second-Level-Desktop-Support für Endnutzer.

Fehlerbehebung und Lösung von Problemen mit Hardware, Software und Anwendungen (Windows 7-10, MS Office 365, Active Directory).

Verwaltung von Tickets, Dokumentation von Lösungen und Sicherstellung zeitnaher Updates.

Unterstützung von Peripheriegeräten wie Druckern, Laptops und mobilen Geräten (iOS/Android).

Durchführung vorbeugender Wartungsarbeiten und Reparaturen.

Zusammenarbeit mit Drittanbietern zur Lösung komplexer Probleme.
