IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Salary: 63.000 - 103.000 € per year

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science or comparable IT training

Experience in server maintenance and system administration; entry-level candidates with a strong affinity for the field are also welcome

Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) and, ideally, initial experience with ERP systems

Analytical mindset and an understanding of business operations

Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility

Ability to work well in a team, as well as excellent communication, organizational, and written and spoken German skills

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and the overall system infrastructure

Administration of Windows servers, VMware, networks, storage and backup systems, the website/webshop, and communication solutions

Providing user support and collaborating with external service providers

Responsibility for IT security, data protection, firewalls, and VPN infrastructure

Creating database queries and reports, as well as analyzing and resolving technical issues

Assistance with the implementation and further development of the ERP system
