Verständnis für IT-Lifecycle Management und Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement

Responsibilities:

Verwaltung und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur, einschließlich WAN/LAN, Firewall, Client-Management, Backup- und Speicherlösungen

Koordination der Kommunikation und des Einsatzes externer Dienstleister sowie Unterstützung bei der Behebung von Störungen (3rd Level/Hersteller-Support)

Durchführung von System- und Netzwerkdiagnosen sowie Fehleranalysen zur Identifizierung und Behebung von Problemen

Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit und -leistung durch proaktive Überwachung und Wartung

Implementierung und Verwaltung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zum Schutz der IT-Infrastruktur und Daten

Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen und Anleitungen
