Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Windows Security – konzeptionell und praktisch – z. B. Systemhärtung, sichere Administrationskonzepte, Least Privilege, Credential-Schutz, Netzwerksegmentierung, Zertifikate, Protokollierung, Monitoring und Schwachstellenbehebung

Fähigkeit, Sicherheitsanforderungen in tragfähige technische Architekturen, Standards und Betriebsprozesse zu übersetzen

Hohe Eigeninitiative, gutes Organisationsgeschick, Sinn für Dringlichkeit und Priorisierung sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)

Responsibilities:

Architektur, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung zentraler Microsoft-Dienste sowie komplexer Server-, Client-, Cloud- und Hybrid-Umgebungen

Konzeption und praktische Umsetzung von IT-Security-Maßnahmen im Windows- und Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere für Server, Clients, Identitätsdienste, Berechtigungen, Gruppenrichtlinien, Endpunktsicherheit und administrative Zugriffe

Bewertung und Integration KI-gestützter Dienste unter Berücksichtigung von Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit und Governance

Vorausschauendes Capacity Management für Server, Dienste, Hardware und zentrale Plattformen

Technische Leitung von Projekten unter Einbindung der Administrator:innen, IT-Leitung und externer Dienstleister

Bewertung neuer Technologien, Produkte und Lieferanten sowie Prüfung technischer Konzepte hinsichtlich Qualität, Sicherheit, Umsetzbarkeit und Passung zur IT-Landschaft des Life Science Labs

Beratung und Unterstützung bei komplexen technischen Fragestellungen im Second-Level-Support sowie bei größeren Störungen im Incident Management
