Responsibilities:

Betreuung, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden

Administration und Wartung von Windows- und Linux-Systemen

Arbeit mit Microsoft-Infrastrukturen, z. B. Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien (GPOs), Terminalserver und Client-Umgebungen

Analyse und Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests über unser Ticketsystem

Fehleranalyse, nachhaltige Problemlösung und saubere Kommunikation mit Kunden und Team
