Collaborate with external debt collection agencies on more complex cases

Read and interpret financial information across SumUp's platforms, primarily Salesforce

You'll be great for this role if

Fluency in English at native or near native level

Experience in a customer facing role that involved negotiation, sales conversations or payment collection

Comfort working with Excel and financial or administrative data
