What you'll do

Handle inbound leads from Spanish merchants via phone, email, and digital channels, guiding them from first contact through to activation

Run product demonstrations and use value-based selling to match merchants with the right SumUp solution

Close deals within short sales cycles, often in a single call, while maintaining a high standard of conversation quality

Track pipeline, log activity, and manage leads accurately in Salesforce

Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners in Ops and Customer Support to ensure a smooth merchant experience

You'll be great for this role if…

You have experience in a sales environment, ideally inbound or telesales, with a strong track record of hitting targets.

You're comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based role where resilience and a positive attitude make all the difference.

You speak Spanish at a native or near-native level, with solid English for internal communication.

You have strong organisational habits, particularly when it comes to pipeline management and CRM discipline.

You bring a coachable, team-first mindset with a genuine drive to build a career in sales.
