Meet the Team:
As the Treasury team at Fever, we play a key role in keeping our global operations running smoothly. We ensure payments happen on time, manage cash across countries and currencies, and forecast future needs while working closely with our banking partners. We also handle employee and travel expenses, support the stock options and investor relations, and provide the financial backing that helps projects succeed.
Working closely with teams like Fever Originals, Legal, Operations, and New Ventures, we align budgets, timelines, and investments to keep growth on track.

What you'll do:
Payment Processing & Execution: Manage and execute daily and periodic payment processes across Fever's international entities, ensuring payments are processed accurately and within established deadlines.
Payment Validation & Control: Review and validate payment instructions, supporting documentation, bank details, and payment files before execution, ensuring compliance with internal policies and controls.
Payment Monitoring: Monitor payment flows from initiation to completion, identifying and resolving failed, rejected, delayed, or exceptional payments.
Banking Operations: Work closely with our banking partners and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues and ensure smooth day-to-day banking operations across different countries and currencies.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform detailed reconciliation and analysis of bank transactions, ensuring payments are correctly reflected in bank statements and the ERP and investigating any discrepancies.
Cash & Payment Control: Monitor available funds and payment requirements to ensure sufficient liquidity for scheduled payments and escalate potential funding issues when necessary.
Intercompany Payments: Support and control intercompany transfers between Fever's international entities, ensuring transactions are properly documented and aligned with internal policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Accounts Payable, and other teams to coordinate payment requirements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely execution.
Reporting & KPIs: Prepare and maintain regular reporting on payment activity, pending payments, exceptions, reconciliation status, and other operational KPIs.
Systems & Process Improvement: Support the optimization and automation of payment processes, including bank integrations, payment files, ERP workflows, and automated reconciliation tools.
Process & Controls: Identify opportunities to improve payment processes, strengthen controls, reduce manual work, and increase efficiency and data accuracy across the organization.
Who you are:
Experience 0-2 years at least.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English and bilingual Spanish.
University degree, Master degree. Finance background.
Tech skills: Advanced Excel, word, ppoint.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, and database management
Strong organization and time management skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, databases, or data mining is desirable.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion and achievements.
Proactive Attitude:A self-starter who is eager to improve existing processes and challenges.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and anomalies in large datasets.
