Responsibilities:

Wir werden unser Spezialist für die Etikettendruck-Softwareprodukte BarTender (Seagull Scientific), NiceLabel (Loftware), Codesoft (Teklynx) und Easylabel (Tharo) – von Einrichtung und Pflege über Anwenderschulung bis zur Lösung anspruchsvoller Anwendungsfälle

Zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Lizenzfragen rund um diese Softwareprodukte sowie Beratung unserer Kunden zu passenden Lizenzmodellen

Fortlaufende telefonische und Vor-Ort-Betreuung von Kunden und Anwendern zu diesen Etikettendruck-Softwareprodukten

Bedarfsermittlung und -weckung im Gespräch mit dem Kunden

Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Etikettendruckern, Barcodescannern und weiterer Auto-ID-Hardware

Kalkulation, Angebotslegung bis hin zur abschließenden Vorgangsbearbeitung

Mitarbeit bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Shopware-6-Onlineshops sowie angebundener IT-Systeme

Technischer Support (1st- und 2nd-Level) für interne Anwender sowie telefonische und Vor-Ort-Betreuung von Kunden bei Fragen zu Etikettendruck- und Barcodesystemen

Fehlerdiagnose, Reparatur und Ersatzteilbeschaffung für Etikettendrucker und Auto-ID-Geräte namhafter Hersteller (u. a. CAB, SATO, TOSHIBA, TSC, ZEBRA)
