We are currently searching for a Lead Analyst:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

Lead one or more projects and workstreams.

Structure and manage the team's work from end-to-end.

Provide guidance and direction to consulting teams.

Balance execution, coordination, and stakeholder management in a hands-on capacity.

Take ownership and accountability for the quality of deliverables.

Conceptualize business problems and drive problem-solving initiatives.

Generate insights and develop high-quality deliverables and presentations.

Your Profile (Requirements)

Up to 10 years of overall experience.

Leadership experience, ideally at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

Experience with consulting, strategy, business transformation, or project-based roles.

Experience structuring and analyzing business problems, generating insights and recommendations.

Experience preparing high-quality deliverables and presentations.

Strong communication skills and a strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills.

High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.

Strategic DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between strategic business consulting and purely operational, administrative, or technical implementation tasks.

Desired

Financial Services or Payments experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Preferred background: Consulting / Strategy / Business Transformation.

Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.

Advanced Spanish.
