Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as a Lead Developer, Data Architect, or Technical Product Owner in a complex data environment; PLM data model experience is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of data modeling, data flow architecture, and building automated pipelines.
Strong experience working within an IT Scrum framework.
Communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business specifications and vice versa.
A continuous learner who can quickly adapt to evolving architectures, tools, and emerging technologies.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Lead the transition and architectural evolution of PLM data products from Relational Databases to Skywise (Palantir), ensuring strict data compliance and system refinement.
Build, manage, and scale robust data products using Palantir Foundry, Collate, and streaming technologies like Kafka.
Maintain and optimize automated Python scripts within SCM repositories executed via Jenkins for automated report generation.
Act as a focal point for business stakeholders to gather requirements, detail technical specifications, and evaluate feasibility.
Serve as the Technical Focal Point for developers, providing critical guidance on PLM database schemas, datamesh architecture, and data modeling decisions.
Coordinate with external development partners, ensure adherence to architectural standards, and secure timely delivery.
