Lead Identity Engineer (Saviynt)

Position Summary

Simeio is seeking a Lead Identity Engineer - Saviynt to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for enterprise clients. This role requires a hands-on IAM leader with deep Saviynt expertise who can design scalable solutions, guide customers through IAM transformations, and actively participate in implementation and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and deployment of Saviynt IGA solutions.

Design identity lifecycle processes, access governance models, and provisioning strategies.

Configure and support Saviynt capabilities including Access Requests, Certifications, Role Management, SoD, and Provisioning.

Lead application onboarding and integration efforts using APIs, directories, and enterprise applications.

Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues and drive platform optimization.

Partner with customers to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and recommend IAM best practices.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams.

Qualifications

Deep expertise with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).

Strong background in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Hands-on experience with identity lifecycle management, access governance, certifications, role management, and application onboarding.

Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Active Directory/Entra ID, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable IAM solutions.

Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Saviynt certification preferred.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on IAM professional who can operate as both a solution architect and lead engineer, providing technical leadership while actively building and delivering Saviynt solutions for Simeio's clients.
