About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Lead PHP Developer with strong Laravel expertise to lead development, maintain our web platforms, and take technical ownership within a small, collaborative team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in PHP development and practical experience building and maintaining applications using Laravel.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP, primarily with Laravel.

Maintain and customize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.

Lead technical implementation and make sound development decisions.

Review code, maintain coding standards, and guide team members.

Improve application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements

5+ years of professional PHP development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with the Laravel framework.

WordPress development experience is preferred.

Good knowledge of MySQL, REST APIs, and Git.

Ability to take ownership, solve complex problems, and provide technical guidance.

Good written and spoken English.

Availability to work full-time during CET hours.
