What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and manage Project Management staff, including coaching, mentoring, career development, performance management, and competency development.

Ensure team members are appropriately trained, training records are maintained, and departmental quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed.

Coordinate regular team meetings to support communication, workload management, resource planning, and operational forecasting.

Independently manage the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of clinical programs and studies, ensuring delivery of high-quality services on time and within budget.

Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, develop study documentation, coordinate study materials and equipment, and deliver accurate reports and project updates.

Monitor study timelines, budgets, revenue forecasts, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation activities to ensure financial and operational success.

Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when appropriate.

Lead internal and external discussions to promote collaboration, effective communication, and successful execution of contractual commitments.

Resolve client concerns through structured problem-solving approaches and maintain issue tracking documentation to ensure timely resolution.

Support operational readiness initiatives, strategic departmental objectives, training activities, client presentations, and business development opportunities as needed.

What We Look For

Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated project management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, or related healthcare industry.

5 to 10 years of experience managing projects, programs, or studies within a regulated environment.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Strong knowledge of the drug development process and clinical research operations.

Experience managing project budgets, forecasting revenue, and overseeing scope and financial controls.

Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project-related reporting tools.

Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.

Valid passport and ability to travel up to approximately 20% as business needs require.
