The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Legal Product & Compliance team.

The team consists of 3 people working at the crossroads of law, technology, and regulatory strategy. Together, you'll be ensuring Mirakl's products and operations remain compliant in a fast-evolving regulatory landscape.

Your Impact

Monitor and analyze regulations: Track regulatory developments across multiple domains (AI, e-commerce, payment services, digital markets) and produce clear, actionable analysis to support the team's strategic decisions

Contribute to AI compliance: Support the team in managing AI-related governance work, including supplier assessments, AI Act compliance initiatives, and participation in cross-functional committees

Support product compliance activities: Assist in reviewing product features and new business initiatives against applicable regulations (DSA, PSD2/PSR, AML, etc.) and drafting related legal documentation

Draft and review contracts: Participate in the negotiation and review of agreements related to payment services and technology partnerships

Improve internal processes: Help build and maintain compliance frameworks, templates, and internal documentation to strengthen the team's legal toolkit

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

Currently enrolled in a bar school with a specialisation in Business Law, IT Law, or Regulatory Law

A genuine interest in tech, e-commerce, and the evolving regulatory environment

Some exposure to AI regulation, payment services, or digital compliance topics through coursework or a previous experience

Skills:

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Autonomous, organised, and proactive

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English

Comfortable working across multiple topics simultaneously in a dynamic environment

Curious about compliance innovation and new legal tech tools

Languages

French: professional proficiency required

English: professional proficiency required

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

Pay Range: €1,200 – €1,400 gross/month (depending on profile)
