Requirements:

Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und IT-Ressourcen zielgerichtet und wirtschaftlich einzusetzen

Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten auf allen Ebenen der Organisation

Responsibilities:
Gesamtverantwortung für die IT unserer Unternehmensgruppe über mehrere Standorte hinweg
Sicherstellung eines stabilen und effizienten IT-Betriebs
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer strukturierten IT-Organisation
Schrittweise Etablierung der Bereiche Infrastruktur & IT-Betrieb, Applikationen, IT-Support sowie operative IT-Security
Priorisierung des Personalaufbaus und Rekrutierung des IT-Teams
Steuerung und Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister
Zusammenarbeit mit den internationalen Gesellschaften unserer Gruppe sowie mit weiteren Unternehmensgruppen innerhalb des Verbunds
Abstimmung mit der Konzernzentrale hinsichtlich zentraler Systeme und Standards
Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer gruppenweiten IT-Strategie
Aufbau einer IT-Budgetierung sowie Einführung einer transparenten IT-Kostenrechnung
Harmonisierung und Standardisierung der bestehenden IT-Landschaften über alle Standorte hinweg
Leitung und Umsetzung strategischer IT-Projekte, insbesondere der gruppenweiten Einführung eines CRM-Systems
Beratung der Geschäftsführung in allen strategischen und operativen IT-Fragen
Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsführung
