MEET THE TEAM
The M&A Team is the engine that drives Fever’s global inorganic growth through corporate investment decisions, managing the end-to-end process from sourcing, analysis and execution of deals. We make sure every transaction is backed by bulletproof financial analysis, precise valuation and structuring, and deep strategic alignment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical M&A Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our M&A activities across the entire deal lifecycle, from origination to post-merger integration.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Source and Analyze New Investment Opportunities
Identify and research potential acquisition targets within the entertainment sector
Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses to assess deal synergies and financial viability
Evaluate financial, strategic, and operational risks associated with target companies
Prepare detailed investment memorandums and deal-related documentation
Support Deal Execution
Assist in due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational analysis
Develop and present investment theses to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
Support negotiations around deal structure, valuation, and financing
Manage deal processes and timelines to ensure smooth execution
Post-Merger Integration
Support the development and execution of post-merger integration plans to drive value creation
Monitor and analyze the performance of acquired companies post-closing
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (required)
Additional academic background in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is a strong plus, provided it is in addition to an engineering degree
5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, top-tier management consulting, corporate development, or strategy roles
Solid experience in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and quantitative analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data and ambiguity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with exposure to senior stakeholders
A strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Genuine interest in M&A and motivation to grow within a transaction-driven role
