M365 System Engineer - Teams & Collaboration (m/f/d)

Salary: 52.000 - 75.000 € per year

Requirements:

A completed IT training program (e.g., IT Specialist in System Integration) with at least 3 years of professional experience

Nice to have: MS-900, MS-700, or MS-102

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365

Some experience with the Power Platform

Experience with collaboration concepts and governance

Terms like CIS or BSI standards dont intimidate you

PowerShell and other common automation methods are more than just buzzwords to you

You work in a structured manner, think analytically, and are eager to work on client projects

German at the C1 level or higher

Responsibilities:

Managing, optimizing, and further developing our M365 services, especially SharePoint

Handling analysis, troubleshooting, and 2nd- and 3rd-level support for complex M365, Microsoft Teams, and collaboration scenarios

Planning, implementing, and operating Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online environments with a focus on meetings, chat, and collaboration

Setting up and optimizing Teams collaboration features and governance policies

Implementing security and compliance requirements for SharePoint Online, Teams, and communication services

Taking on technical responsibility in software release and lifecycle projects

Automating whatever can be automated, e.g. using PowerShell

Collaborating closely with customers and internal teams
