Machine Learning Engineer (m/f/x)

Your mission

Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business and logistics use cases

Work with data scientists, software engineers, business stakeholders, and logistics experts to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions

Build reliable data pipelines and feature engineering processes for training and production environments

Productionize machine learning models using appropriate software engineering

Monitor model performance, data quality, reliability, and potential model drift

Contribute to the design of machine learning platforms, APIs, and data products

Document models, assumptions, interfaces, processes, and results clearly

Support the adoption of best practices in machine learning, software development, testing, version control, and deployment

Stay up to date with developments in artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud technologies, and responsible AI

Your profile

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field

Professional experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions

Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, statistics, and data preparation

Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data or machine learning infrastructure

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluent English, both written and spoken
