You'll lead a team of multidisciplinary practitioners delivering high-impact analytics, AI and data science programmes across the Financial Services sector. This leadership role combines business development, client engagement, capability growth and proposition innovation while championing AI-enabled ways of working that improve client outcomes, accelerate delivery and foster responsible AI adoption across the practice.</p> <h2 data-section-id="1xihhvk" data-start="1347" data-end="1368"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">What You'll Do</span></strong></h2> <ul data-start="1370" data-end="2418"> <li data-section-id="1w9y8ws" data-start="1370" data-end="1582">Shape and drive the growth of Capco's UK Data Practice, contributing to global data initiatives and identifying opportunities to embed AI-enabled capabilities into client solutions and internal ways of working.</li> <li data-section-id="oqhhq" data-start="1583" data-end="1772">Identify and develop new business opportunities, proposals and market-leading data and AI propositions, helping clients realise measurable business value through modern data capabilities.</li> <li data-section-id="jw9g8h" data-start="1773" data-end="2000">Lead executive client relationships, facilitate strategic data and AI discussions, and represent Capco at industry events, sharing insights on emerging technologies, responsible AI and the future of data-driven organisations.</li> <li data-section-id="1o3v4dv" data-start="2001" data-end="2198">Inspire, mentor and grow a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering an inclusive culture of innovation, continuous learning and effective adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation.</li> <li data-section-id="1yvgbz5" data-start="2199" data-end="2418">Oversee the successful delivery of complex data, analytics and AI programmes, ensuring solutions are commercially impactful, scalable and We're Looking For</span></strong></h2> <ul data-start="2451" data-end="3377"> <li data-section-id="1t41e22" data-start="2451" data-end="2644">8+ years of consulting experience, currently operating at Senior Management, Director or Managing Principal level, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programmes.</li> <li data-section-id="ogcxa4" data-start="2645" data-end="2800">Demonstrated success in building senior client relationships, developing strategic partnerships and securing data- and AI-related business opportunities.</li> <li data-section-id="r96gs4" data-start="2801" data-end="2928">Deep expertise across enterprise data domains, including data strategy, governance, privacy, analytics and AI transformation.</li> <li data-section-id="1nfw60u" data-start="2929" data-end="3159">Strong understanding of data science, AI, Generative AI, MLOps, business intelligence, responsible AI, AI governance and modern analytics operating models, with the ability to translate emerging technologies into business value.</li> <li data-section-id="4xqan4" data-start="3160" data-end="3377">Proven experience leading complex data transformation initiatives within Financial Services while enabling multidisciplinary teams to adopt AI-enabled ways of working with appropriate human oversight and governance.</li> </ul> <h2
