ClickUp is on a mission to make the world more productive. As Manager, Commercial Sales - EMEA, you’ll lead a frontline team of Account Executives helping companies across the region bring tasks, docs, chat, AI, and workflows into one platform. This role matters because ClickUp is continuing to scale its commercial motion in EMEA and needs a hands-on leader who can turn coaching, operating rigor, and customer empathy into more consistent revenue performance.

You’ll be a true player-coach: someone who can inspect pipeline, improve deal execution, and develop sellers while building a team culture that is ambitious, inclusive, and #. You’ll also work closely with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product to improve how the team creates pipeline, wins the right customers, and delivers a strong buying experience.

Mission

Lead a high-performing commercial sales team across EMEA that consistently turns qualified pipeline into durable revenue while raising the bar on coaching, forecast accuracy, and customer value.

What You’ll Own

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on the commercial segment across EMEA

Drive pipeline generation, deal execution, and consistent attainment of team revenue targets

Run a strong operating cadence across forecast calls, pipeline inspection, deal reviews, and rep development

Foster a high-performance, fun, and inclusive environment where sellers are motivated to grow and exceed expectations

Improve the scalability of the sales motion through better process, cleaner data, clearer performance metrics, and repeatable best practices

Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product to improve conversion, support key accounts, and remove friction in the customer journey

Lead with a customer-first mindset and reinforce thoughtful, value-based selling across the team

Report on team performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

Significant experience in B2B SaaS sales, including experience leading frontline commercial or mid-market sellers

Proven track record coaching reps to stronger pipeline quality, better deal execution, and consistent quota attainment

Experience managing forecast discipline, CRM hygiene, and sales operating rhythms in a fast-moving environment

Strong understanding of selling into EMEA markets and how regional nuance shapes hiring, coaching, and execution

Excellent communication, performance-management, and relationship-building skills

Analytical and data-driven approach to diagnosing team performance and improving outcomes

Ability to work cross-functionally with partners across go-to-market, operations, and product teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company

Familiarity with commercial new-business, inbound, outbound, and expansion motions

Experience building or improving onboarding, enablement, and rep development programs

Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC

Experience leading teams across multiple EMEA countries or time zones

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Location & Travel

This role is aligned to Ireland and supports the broader EMEA region

Candidates should be able to work effectively across EMEA time zones and collaborate with global cross-functional partners

Travel may be expected for team connection, customer meetings, and key planning moments as needed
