The Ripple Stablecoin business launched its first product Ripple USD (RLUSD) in December 2024, and has surpassed $2.4bn in market cap since launch, one of the fastest growing stablecoins in the first year of launch and currently a top 5 fiat backed stablecoin overall.

We are looking for an exceptional and ambitious individual in London to contribute across a number of capital markets verticals within the group. The role is geared towards an entrepreneurial and self-starting individual who excels in an outcome driven environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Support the management of market maker relationships and external liquidity programs across RLUSD, RippleX the and Ripples Payments products — day-to-day coordination, onboarding, and ongoing engagement and analytics

Monitor market maker performance against program terms, produce regular performance reporting, and flag issues for escalation

Help run RLUSD taker adoption initiatives — executing incentive programs, tracking uptake by segment, and feeding results back into the strategy owned by the wider team

Navigate the digital liquidity landscape and connect the dots across custodians, exchanges, banks, OTC desks, and market makers to keep liquidity flowing efficiently across venues

Maintain visibility on bridge inventory and liquidity positioning across venues, supporting the team's internal liquidity management

Work closely with Risk, Trading and Leadership to iterate on Depeg management, ensure we have covered all corners of risk and mitigation.

Prepare materials, data, and analysis for market maker and partner conversations

Work cross-functionally with Trading, Product, BD, Legal and Operations to keep liquidity programs running smoothly and scale processes as volumes grow

Build a sustainable ecosystem and generate demand through identification of financial institutions, including institutional investors and other partners who are interested in investing in tokenized real world assets

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

7–9 years experience in traditional markets, crypto, or a related industry

Strong understanding of the digital liquidity landscape, with the ability to navigate and connect the dots between custodians, exchanges, banks, OTC desks, and market makers

Exposure to trading markets (traditional, crypto, or both) and an understanding of market making and liquidity provision; DeFi know-how a plus

Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to power through high volumes of work and manage multiple relationships and programs in parallel

Ability to bring structure to systems, processes, and solutions where answers are not clear

Strong understanding of stablecoins and/or tokenised assets a plus

Good understanding of how real world assets (RWAs) work a plus

Understanding of blockchain technology

Personal or professional experience dealing with crypto, moving funds, and interacting with DeFi; familiarity with the top players in the industry

Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and highly competitive environment

Ability to work cross functionally with internal stakeholders

Passion for fintech, markets, and Ripple's vision of the Internet of Value

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

BS/BA in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another analytic discipline
