Marketing Assistant

Are you a creative, organised marketing professional with experience managing digital content

and social media? We're looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support a growing

psychotherapy practice based in California.

Key Responsibilities

●Schedule and publish content across social media platforms

●Create and edit graphics using Canva

●Edit short-form marketing videos

●Upload and manage blog content in WordPress

●Assist with email marketing campaigns using Kit

●Work with Zapier automations

●Support ongoing marketing initiatives and content creation

●Maintain brand consistency across digital channels

Requirements

●Previous experience in digital marketing or social media management

●Strong Canva skills

●Basic video editing experience

●Experience with WordPress

●Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Kit or similar)

●Knowledge of Zapier is advantageous

●Excellent written English

●Highly organised with great attention to detail

●Comfortable working independently
