Pay Range:

$51.05 - $76.60

You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the marketing organization, including financial management, process optimization, resource planning, agency management and performance reporting.

You will operationalize the portfolio and planning model by ensuring efficient execution, financial discipline, and scalable processes, supporting measurable, optimized performance.

Major Responsibilities:

Financial & Business Operations Management: Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring alignment to KPIs, OKRs, and ROI expectations.

Process & Workflow Optimization: Design and continuously improve intake, prioritization, governance, and workflow processes to increase efficiency and reduce friction.

Resource & Capacity Planning: Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing, agency utilization, and workload distribution to business priorities.

Operational Performance & Reporting: Develop reporting frameworks, delivering clear visibility into performance, financials, and operational health.

Agency & Vendor Operations: Support agency and vendor management processes, ensuring alignment with contracts, deliverables, and performance expectations.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, finance, operations, or a related field

Certification / Registration / License:

None required

Work Experience:

5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, finance, or a related field

Experience managing budgets, operational processes, and performance reporting in a complex, cross-functional environment

Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable operational systems and measurable outcomes

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

Strong financial and operational acumen

Process discipline with a continuous improvement mindset

Ability to design and scale operational systems and workflows

Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills

Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Job Requirements

Education

Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

Certification / Registration / License

Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or process improvement certifications

Experience

Experience leading projects in a large health system, healthcare organization, enterprise marketing department, agency, regulated industry or complex matrixed organization
