Grounded in a talent-centric mindset, Maker Lab is a marketing agency designed to build decentralised technology-led agency teams, rooted in collaboration with clients from the ground up. Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production.
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our client’s team in Korea, supporting the Marketing Lead across digital campaigns, lead generation, events, content development and day-to-day marketing activities. You’ll be a hands-on marketing partner, helping bring campaigns and customer-facing initiatives to life while working closely with internal stakeholders, designers and regional teams.
Role:
Support lead generation campaigns across SEM, social media, webinars, industry events and other marketing channels
Plan, coordinate and support customer events, trade shows and other marketing activations
Work closely with designers and stakeholders to develop marketing assets including videos, capability decks, brochures, leaflets and digital content
Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
Help coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables and stakeholder inputs to ensure projects are delivered smoothly
Assist with content development and localisation for the local market
Review and validate translated marketing materials, using AI translation tools where appropriate
Work with the wider marketing team to ensure local marketing activity aligns with regional priorities and brand guidelines
Provide general marketing support across ongoing campaigns, events and customer engagement initiatives
You:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally across B2B, technology, logistics, industrial or other business-facing environments
Hands-on experience supporting digital marketing campaigns, particularly SEM and social media
Experience coordinating events, trade shows, webinars or customer-facing marketing activities
Demonstrated experience working with designers and other creative partners to produce marketing materials
Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities at once
Good understanding of digital marketing and lead generation fundamentals
Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for translation and content-related workflows
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, hands-on mindset — you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and get things moving
Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Korean. Japanese language proficiency and an understanding of the Japanese market would be advantageous.
