Salesforce Automations & Reporting: Build and manage Salesforce flows, automations, and custom reporting dashboards to track lead ingestion and campaign performance.
Requirements
Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, or Martech Specialist role.

Campaign & Link Tracking: Strong understanding of manual UTM parameter setups and URL structuring for accurate reporting.
Tool Triage: Basic familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar data tools to handle access routing and seat management.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional global teams.
Shift Availability: Flexibility to support PH night shift hours for seamless overlap with global teams.
Detail-Oriented: A structured approach to campaign tracking, quality assurance, and documentation before launching programs.
