We're Hiring: Mechanical Engineer – R&D Department

Join our R&D team and help drive the development of innovative mechanical products from concept through full-scale production. We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer with strong technical curiosity, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who can work independently, manage projects remotely, and turn ideas into practical engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead product development projects from concept through production release

Design and develop new products, components, and mechanical assemblies

Perform engineering calculations, define technical requirements, and evaluate design alternatives

Plan, execute, and analyse tests, trials, and validation activities

Work closely with international suppliers, subcontractors, and customers

Provide technical support to manufacturing and resolve engineering challenges

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, Marketing, and Logistics

Support technology and product innovation initiatives

Prepare and maintain technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle

Participate in design reviews, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement activities

Drive projects and engineering activities independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, mechanical design, or a related engineering role

Strong background in mechanical design and product development

Proficiency in CAD software

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn new technologies quickly

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and deliverables

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with plastics or materials-based products

Experience transferring products from development to manufacturing

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Familiarity with Priority ERP

Experience working in a global business environment

Experience working with international customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams

Work Setup:

100% Work From Home

Full-Time Position

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Israel Time

Must be available during Israel business hours

Remote work with minimal supervision

Salary:

USD 13 per hour
