We are looking for a Middle LiDAR Specialist to join our team and work on projects involving the processing and analysis of aerial LiDAR and point cloud data for utility and power infrastructure.

The role focuses on processing, classifying, and validating LiDAR data, as well as extracting and modeling utility assets such as power lines, conductors, poles, towers, vegetation, and ground features.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience with LiDAR / point cloud processing.

- Hands-on experience with point cloud classification and QA/QC.

- Experience working with 3D spatial data.

- Experience with feature extraction from LiDAR data.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data-quality issues.

- Basic/intermediate GIS knowledge.

Nice to Have

Experience with utility, power transmission, or distribution data.

Experience with aerial LiDAR.

Experience working with conductors, poles/towers, vegetation, and ground classes.

Understanding of conductor/catenary modeling and clearance analysis.

Experience with PLS-CADD, TerraSolid/TerraScan, or MicroStation.

Experience with utility asset modeling or powerline mapping.
