Members contribute their professional skills and leverage their networks in service of the organization’s gender-equity agenda.Membership is a minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week and includes a $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of active membership. K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit.

Overview

This is a pro-bono volunteer position.

The Video Editor is responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a finished product as well as managing the logistics of the video production. They will develop, pitch, execute, and create ideas for new projects that aid the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing

Manage Video Library

Develop production schedules

Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to address needs in multimedia content

Write scripts, manage budget, and hire talent

Qualifications

Education related to this field

3+ years of experience

Self-starter

Creative

3-5 hours per week, 6 months minimum
