Seeking Experienced .NET Developer Sr for Exciting Projects Remote in Mexico.

We are looking for a Senior C# / .NET Developer to join us on a long-term project. This role is focused on leading high-complexity development and architectural efforts across enterprise-level systems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, architecture, and development of high-complexity enterprise applications.

Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.

Participate in and lead code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed.

Drive performance, security, and maintainability standards across the development lifecycle.

Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key Requirements

6+ years of experience in C# and .NET development.

Strong experience with cloud services, microservices architecture, and system design.

Proven experience leading technical efforts and design decisions.

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Fluent in English (Advanced) B2 - C2

Strong communication skills, empathy, commitment, and leadership abilities.

Location & Schedule:

Location: Remote (Mexico)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
