Our platform reads policies and clinical records, producing decisions clinicians can audit. We're ~45 people in New York and recently raised $40M, bringing us to $64M total, from Sequoia, NEA, Neo, FPV, Kinnevik, and founders of DeepMind, Google AI, and Inflection.

Role: Members of Technical Staff handle everything from system design to production: designing backend services, scaling AWS, debugging, scoping integrations, or evaluating LLM-powered systems. You'll set technical direction and mentor engineers.

You: + Strong backend and/or infrastructure experience, and operated at scale + Care about foundations like consistency guarantees and code simplicity + Known for solving tough problems and making lasting architectural calls + Looking to write enduring code + Background in scale-ups, big tech, finance, or AWS-heavy teams
