I’m hiring two engineers for Attentive’s List Growth team: one Senior and one Staff. We build the signup experiences that collect email addresses and phone numbers for brands using Attentive. It’s a high-scale, top-of-funnel product used across billions of site visits.

Both roles are full-stack but backend leaning. Our backend is primarily Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot on AWS and Kubernetes; the frontend is React and TypeScript. The work includes distributed systems, APIs, experimentation infrastructure, and customer-facing product development.

The whole team is based in NYC and works together in the office Tuesday through Thursday. The Senior range is $170k–$230k; Staff is $205k–$275k, plus equity and benefits.
