Mingla makes strangers meet at in-person events: attendees scan a QR code and are straight in — no App Store, no signup — gamified missions start real conversations, and the organizer gets proof of what happened in the room.

You'd own the platform end to end: Elixir/Phoenix backend (Ash, GraphQL, Postgres) and a native SwiftUI iOS app — the QR entry is an App Clip. We're open to two setups: a full-time CTO onsite in Stockholm, or a part-time engineer who can work remote.
