I work best as a team - with someone who can challenge my assumptions and bolster my weaknesses. I'm looking to increase the bandwidth of the architecture function at Trax, as I can't do it alone!

We BOTH need to be strong in: * Communication - we lead by influence, not by authority. Kindness is required! * Ego-free problem solving - good ideas come from anywhere. * Reliable software designs - things that work on dirty data, incomplete testing, and AI-enabled development workflows. * Building the first prototype in an area with zero guidelines - careful choices and evaluation of vendors, setting an example to follow.

You should be strong in: * Angular, Vue, Javascript, and web serving best practices for development organizations for long term health. * Developer enablement and tooling in the Node.js ecosystem - shared component architectures, design systems, etc. * Data-heavy applications and their operation and security needs.

I am strong on the infrastructure, DevOps, k8s, and backend and data stacks. So don't worry about relative weaknesses there, though you will need some understanding.

This would be a good first architecture position for a Staff or Senior Staff level full-stack technical leader who wants to expand their scope. My email is in my profile!
