What the posting says

NetBird | Berlin, Germany (or remote, CET overlap) | Full-time

https://netbird.io/careers NetBird is open source networking and access control WireGuard-based overlay networks with zero-config peer-to-peer connectivity. Now working with new use cases in access for AI agents. Open source, built in Europe, used by thousands of teams worldwide. We're a small and growing team going up against (and working with) the incumbents in network security. Post Series A with 10xd revenue since the raise.

- Senior/Staff Backend Engineer (Go!!) : the control plane: peer coordination, policy and access control, multi-tenancy, and keeping it all fast as customer networks grow into the hundreds of thousands of peers.

- Networking/Client Software Engineer (Go!!) — Software Engineering on the NetBird client side: WireGuard, NAT traversal and hole punching, relays, DNS, and shipping one client across Linux, macOS, Windows. If you enjoy debugging why one connection out of a thousand won't go peer-to-peer, this is the role.

- Technical Product Owner: Turn feedback into a clear roadmap, and work closely with the team to ship it. You should be comfortable with networking concepts and enjoy talking to users as much as reading a spec.

- Technical Support Engineer: Help customers set up and debug NetBird in real environments (WireGuard, Linux, cloud, Kubernetes) and pass what you learn back to engineering. (REMOTE - US/EST hours)

We have an office in Berlin and mostly work CET. We'd love to have you in the office with us, but if your experience is stellar we're happy to hire remote. We're scaling quickly, so this is a chance to join early and scale with us.
