We are looking for recent or soon to be graduates (2026-2027) from a range of disciplines to begin building a career at InterSystems. We are a global data management software company operating in a number of sectors, including healthcare, legal and financial services. Based in Windsor or Edinburgh, our Non-Technical Graduates will receive personalised mentorship while fulfilling a range of responsibilities across a 9 month contract, starting in spring or autumn 2027.   Our graduate hiring has been growing consistently over the last few years, and there is a company-wide drive to increase this further and support the development of our early-career employees. If you have recently graduated or will be graduating in 2027, we would welcome your application! The duration of our graduate contracts starts at 9 months, but where possible, our hope is to try and move people into permanent positions, allowing you to continue using and developing the knowledge and skills that you have gained.   If your application is successful in our early stages, you may be selected by one of our teams to be considered for their more specific graduate role – we will provide further details about those positions in due course. Our programme is non-rotational – you will remain with one team for the duration of the contract.
