JOB SUMMARY:
The EBS SCM and Manufacturing Functional Delivery Architect at Argano plays a crucial role in understanding client requirements and implementing SCM and Manufacturing modules using best practices and standard functionality, while designing extensions and customizations to close any functional gaps — ensuring the solution is both feasible and valuable.
The Delivery Architect interacts directly with clients and other delivery team members throughout the full implementation lifecycle, bringing deep functional expertise and working technical knowledge in their area of specialization. With broad expertise — or unique depth — across EBS modules, they apply that knowledge creatively and effectively to help advance the company's objectives and drive successful outcomes for clients.
If you know EBS SCM and Manufacturing inside and out and you're ready to architect solutions that actually move the needle for clients — not just configure within someone else's blueprint — this is where that expertise belongs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the end-to-end Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing implementation covering:

Create functional and design documents that align with business requirements and best practices
Collaborate with the Project Manager, Solution Architect, SCM consultants, and offshore development teams to complete the full implementation
Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep the project on schedule
Provide functional implementation and support for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 environments, including completing support requests and resolving user or system issues
MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior client stakeholders and colleagues at all levels within the company
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment
Experience leading an entire project workstream for relevant Oracle applications
Strong mentoring skills, with the ability to explain functional concepts to a wide variety of audiences
Proven experience across full implementation lifecycle projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing support, data conversions, go-live, and post-go-live support
Experience with Purchasing, Bills of Material (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), Inventory, Cost Management, Engineering, Quality, MRP/MPS/MDS, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Cycle Counting, Project Costing, and Project Manufacturing
Exposure to integrations with Order Management, Finance, and Warehouse Management
Experience working in or supporting a Project & Discrete Manufacturing environment, leveraging Oracle EBS R12 as the primary ERP system
Experience working with offshore teams to successfully deliver projects, including creating functional design documents for offshore development
