What You’ll Do

NetSuite Development & Support

Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle NetSuite ERP modules, focusing on the Accounting package.

Build custom scripts, workflows, and integrations using SuiteScript to address business needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite functionalities, ensuring seamless system performance.

Enhance and optimize NetSuite processes, including financial reporting, accounts receivable/payable, and general ledger functionalities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and recommend NetSuite-based solutions.

Implementation & Project Management

Assist in the implementation and configuration of Oracle NetSuite Accounting modules for new clients or business requirements.

Ensure alignment of NetSuite solutions with GigaKOM’s operational standards and goals.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test cases.

Train and support internal users to enhance adoption and effective use of NetSuite functionalities.

Systems Integration

Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems to automate workflows and improve efficiency.

Maintain and improve existing integrations, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an Oracle NetSuite Developer, with a focus on the Accounting package.

Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0) development and NetSuite customization.

Strong knowledge of accounting processes, financial systems, and reporting within NetSuite.

Experience implementing and managing ERP systems in a business setting.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in NetSuite development or a related role.

Experience with SuiteCloud development tools and SuiteFlow workflows.

NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant).

Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo, or similar).

Knowledge of ITIL or IT Service Management practices.

Background in education procurement or E-Rate programs is a plus.

Additional Information

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Base salary based on experience level, bonuses paid upon completing NetSuite certifications.

Location: This is a REMOTE position.
