Leading 1031 exchange firm is seeking an experienced client relationship manager with existing

personal skills to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role.

Must be motivated, hardworking, high energy and a self-starter.

Responsibilities Include:

Build and maintain relationships with existing banking teams, as well as third party relationships with real estate attorneys, accountants and realtors

Develop a wide network of banking relationships within the Truist umbrella

Drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets to accomplish financial objectives

Track and report appointments

Collaborate with management and internal teams on Business Development initiatives.

Requirements:

5+ years' experience in client relationship management or sales;

Understanding of real estate transactions/ closing preferred, but not required

Exceptional facilitation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

High level of accountability

Strong attention to detail

Customer service oriented and communicate proficiently.

Creative problem-solving skills

Travel when necessary • High energy, a positive attitude a must

Team Player and strong negotiation skills

Legal, accounting, or transactional real estate experience preferred.

The annual base salary for this position is $75k - $80k.
