What the posting says

About this Role

We're looking for a UGC Partnerships Lead to build and scale Valerie's creator-led growth engine across its portfolio of ecommerce brands. You'll own the end-to-end creator and affiliate lifecycle — from sourcing and outreach to partnerships, briefing, content delivery, approvals, attribution, and commercial performance.

You'll work closely with Creative, Paid Media, Analytics, Brand, and POD teams to identify creators and content that can drive measurable business results. The focus isn't simply on reach, follower counts, or one-off influencer placements; it's on building a scalable pipeline of creators who can consistently produce high-performing content and contribute to profitable revenue growth.

Success in this role isn't measured by the number of creators contacted or partnerships signed; it's measured by the quality and speed of creator acquisition, content performance, revenue generated, and how effectively winning creators and content are turned into repeatable growth opportunities.

You could be a great fit if...

You naturally combine strong creator instincts with a performance and commercial mindset.

You know how to identify creators based on their ability to influence purchasing decisions, not just their audience size.

You enjoy being hands-on with sourcing, outreach, negotiations, briefing, content reviews, and performance tracking.

You understand what makes UGC work across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

You can quickly identify strong hooks, angles, storytelling styles, and creator-content patterns that have the potential to convert.

You proactively build creator pipelines rather than relying on one-off campaigns or inbound opportunities.

You enjoy testing different creators, content formats, commercial models, and partnership structures to find what works.

You are comfortable negotiating commercials, commissions, licensing, usage rights, and whitelisting arrangements.

You move quickly, take ownership, and are comfortable managing multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.

You can turn creator and campaign data into clear recommendations for Creative and Paid Media teams.

You enjoy building systems, templates, workflows, and playbooks that make creator partnerships faster and more scalable.

You are curious about using AI and automation to improve creator sourcing, outreach, briefing, analysis, and optimisation.

Requirements

4–6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or performance creative.

Proven experience building and managing creator partnerships that generated measurable ecommerce or revenue outcomes.

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, UGC formats, and creator-led content.

Experience sourcing, evaluating, outreaching, negotiating, onboarding, and managing creators end-to-end.

Strong understanding of performance-driven creator content, including hooks, angles, CTAs, storytelling, pacing, and creative testing.

Experience managing creator commercials, commissions, affiliate structures, licensing, usage rights, and whitelisting.

Experience working with affiliate codes, links, UTMs, discount codes, and creator-level attribution.

Strong understanding of ecommerce performance metrics including CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, revenue contribution, and content performance.

Ability to create clear, performance-led creator briefs and manage the content review and approval process.

Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple creators, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Agency experience is strongly preferred.

Experience working with DTC or ecommerce brands is preferred.

Familiarity with creator platforms such as Upfluence, Modash, Grin, Aspire, HypeAuditor, or similar tools.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with Creative, Paid Media, Analytics, Brand, and POD teams.

Bonus Points

Experience building creator or affiliate programs from the ground up.

Experience managing high-volume creator outreach and scalable creator acquisition pipelines.

Experience with Spark Ads, whitelisting, paid amplification, and performance creative testing.

Experience working with celebrity talent, talent managers, or larger brand partnerships.

Experience across international creator markets.

Experience managing Shopify affiliate programs or similar ecommerce affiliate infrastructure.

Familiarity with WooCommerce, affiliate platforms, creator attribution, and performance reporting systems.

Experience building creator libraries, playbooks, benchmarks, and repeatable operating systems.

Experience using AI or automation to improve creator sourcing, outreach, briefing, reporting, or optimisation.

Experience working within founder-led startups or high-growth ecommerce businesses.

You probably shouldn't apply if...

You see influencer marketing primarily as gifting, PR, or brand awareness rather than a measurable growth channel.

You focus on follower counts and reach without understanding conversion and commercial performance.

You prefer coordinating campaigns rather than personally owning sourcing, outreach, negotiations, and execution.

You rely on creators or agencies to identify what content should be tested rather than using performance data to guide decisions.

You're uncomfortable negotiating commercials, commissions, licensing, or usage rights.

You prefer one-off influencer placements rather than building long-term creator relationships and scalable pipelines.

You are uncomfortable working at speed across multiple brands, creators, and campaigns.

You rely on others to identify performance issues instead of proactively finding opportunities and risks.

You're uncomfortable experimenting with new creator formats, platforms, tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
