Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Risk ML, and Engineering to develop and iterate on risk management strategies, rule logic, and fraud prevention processes.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to scale risk operations, supporting documentation and standardization for consistency across the team.
Required Skills and Experience:
3+ years of experience in payments risk, fraud analysis, or risk operations within financial services, fintech, or e-commerce, with hands-on experience investigating chargebacks, ACH fraud, or unauthorized payment activity.
Demonstrated ability to conduct fraud investigations across multiple channels (phone, chat, email) and make accurate, timely risk decisions independently.
Working knowledge of payments systems, fraud detection methodologies, and at least one related risk discipline such as MAR (Manual Account Recovery) or ATO (Account Takeover).
Proficiency in SQL or similar querying tools with the ability to analyze fraud data, identify patterns, and communicate findings to leadership with clear, data-backed recommendations.
Full-time, in-office presence five days a week in Hyderabad, India, with willingness to work shifts and weekends to support 24/7 fraud operations.
