Convert scanned or image-based PDFs into accessible, searchable documents using OCR.

Review source files (Word, InDesign, PowerPoint) and recommend upstream accessibility fixes to streamline remediation.

Conduct accessibility audits and produce VPAT/ACR documentation as needed.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high-volume document workload.

IAAP certification (CPACC, WAS, or CPWA) is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience:

Remediating complex structures, including interactive forms, multi-page tables, charts, and multi-column layouts.

Working with source authoring tools (Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint) using accessible-by-design principles.

We are an equal opportunity organization. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
