We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.</em></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions received through the People Services Center, triaging when necessary.</li> <li>Own the administrative execution of new hire onboarding and offboarding.</li> <li>Own all aspects of maintaining employee changes and data throughout the full employee life cycle including employee changes in the system, organizational updates, job change letters, and audits.</li> <li>Champion collaborative cross functional relationships with Recruiting, IT, Payroll, and hiring managers to ensure a successful hiring process and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.</li> <li>Organize and maintain internal documentation and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and regularly maintain internal knowledge base resources to empower employees to be self-directed and successful.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, local, state, and regional regulations.</li> <li>Coordinate and support new hires during the entire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for each new hire</li> <li>Assist with salary and stock administration</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Curious about a career in human resources and eager to get involved and improve processes such as payroll, benefits, and administrative support</li> <li>Comfortable processing confidential material</li> <li>Someone who maintains a high degree of professionalism</li> <li>Excellent in your oral and written communications skills</li> <li>Detail oriented, organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>An expert in Excel with experience in Google for Enterprise</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>Datadog values people from all walks of life.
