Position: Personal Assistant

Working Hours: US Hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)

Type: Remotet, Full-Time

Salary: Paid in South African Rand (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings.

Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the executives.

Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.

Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed.

Manage tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Background in Amazon reselling advantageous
